Affordable Movers in Orlando: How Our Pricing Works
Affordable doesn’t mean the lowest number on the phone. It means a fair price, in writing, that doesn’t change on move day. Here is how we estimate.
The estimate that fits your move
Hourly
Best for most local moves. A crew rate per hour plus a one-time truck fee, with a 3-hour minimum. You pay for the time the job actually takes.
Flat rate for set hours
A flat price covering the crew and truck for a set number of hours, then an hourly rate if the job runs longer. Good for cross-county moves.
All-in flat rate
For long-distance moves. One written price that covers labor, truck, fuel, and mileage.
