How to read moving company reviews
Reviews are one of the best ways to judge a mover, us or anyone else. A few things to look for:
- Recent reviews. Crews and management change, so the last 6 to 12 months matter most.
- Details. Reviews that mention the crew, the size of the move, and the city tell you more than a single line.
- How problems were handled. Every mover has a hard day. Look at how the company responded.
- More than one site. Compare Google with Yelp, Facebook, and the Better Business Bureau.
- Registration. Good reviews don't replace a Florida mover registration and insurance.

Tell the crew lead before the crew leaves, so any damage can be documented with photos, then call our office at 407-440-1423. We review every issue under the valuation terms in your contract. We would much rather hear from you directly, so we can look into it.
