Small movers for studios, one-bedrooms and a few rooms
Not every move is a whole house. We move studios, one-bedroom apartments, a couple of rooms going into storage, and moves where you have packed the boxes yourself and just need help with the heavy things. A small move with us still means furniture blanket-wrapped in pads, beds taken apart and put back together, and floors and door frames protected.
Tell us what is going, how many boxes, and the stairs or elevators at each end, and we send a written estimate. Local jobs have a 3-hour minimum, and small moves are billed the same way as our other local moves. Call for a free quote. For one or two big pieces, see furniture and appliance moving.

Small moves go fastest when everything is packed and sealed before we arrive, and when the truck can park close to the door. If your building has move hours or an elevator reservation, send us the rules and we'll schedule inside them. Many buildings ask for a certificate of insurance; we send it before move day.
