Local movers who know Osceola County

Osceola County is one of the fastest-growing parts of Central Florida, and many of our moves here are into brand-new homes and gated resort communities. We know how to get cleared at the gate, where trucks can park, and how to protect new floors.

We also furnish and clear vacation rentals. Owners call us to deliver a full furniture package, swap out old pieces, or empty a property before a sale, often while they live out of state.

Moving in or around Kissimmee? Read our Kissimmee moving guide for local tips on US-192 traffic, vacation rentals, and gated communities. As an Orlando moving company serving Osceola County, FL, we also have local guides for St. Cloud and Celebration.

Drive time from our Orlando office: About 20–40 min from our office.

Getting around Osceola County: towns, roads and local notes

Osceola County starts just south of Orlando and runs a long way south through ranch land toward Kenansville. Most people live in the north end: Kissimmee, the county seat, on Lake Tohopekaliga; St. Cloud on East Lake Toho; Celebration near I-4; and the Osceola side of Poinciana. US 192 connects most of them, along with Florida's Turnpike, SR 417, John Young Parkway and the Poinciana Parkway.

Moves here often involve gated resort communities such as ChampionsGate and Reunion, where the crew has to be on the gate list, and vacation rentals, where we work around guest check-outs. New subdivisions keep going up along Narcoossee Road and toward Harmony, so floor protection and HOA move hours come up often. US 192 near the attractions is one of the slowest roads in the area at peak times, and we time the truck around it.

Every estimate includes the real drive time for your addresses. Osceola County is part of our regular service area, with the same crews and standards as Orlando.
How soon can you move me in Kissimmee?
Often within a few days, and sometimes the same day. Booking 1 to 2 weeks ahead gives you the most choice. Call 407-440-1423 anytime.
Do you move between counties?
Yes. Moves between Central Florida counties are some of our most common jobs, such as Orlando to Davenport, Kissimmee to Clermont, or Sanford to Daytona Beach.
Can you get my crew onto a gated resort community?
Yes. Add our crew to the gate list the day before and send the community's move rules. We plan the arrival window around them.
