Can you load from the rear alley?
It depends on the alley. Many Celebration homes have garages on rear alleys, which the Celebration Community Development District maintains. Tell us your address and we look at the alley, the street out front and the truck size, then pick the loading spot with you ahead of time.
Do you follow Celebration's community rules?
Yes. Every Celebration homeowner belongs to the Celebration Residential Owners Association (CROA), which enforces the community covenants, and condo buildings add their own association rules. Send us whatever CROA or your condo office gives you about move hours, trucks and parking, and we plan around it.
Can you move someone out of a garage apartment?
Yes. Some Celebration lots have an apartment above a detached garage at the back of the lot. Tell us how the stairs run and how close the truck can get on the alley side, and we size the crew and pad the railings before anything comes down.
